Who is the MVP Club for?
Anyone without dental insurance, or whose insurance doesn’t cover everything they need. It’s also great if your employer doesn’t offer dental benefits.
When does my plan start?
The day you enroll. Each plan is valid for 12 months.
How do the treatment discounts work?
Member rates and discounts apply to treatment done here at Mint Leaf. There are no copays, no waiting periods, and no restrictions on what you can use them on.
Can I enroll my whole family?
Yes. Enroll each family member on the plan that fits them, including the Children plan for kids up to age 14. Ask us and we’ll help you sort it out.
